We start with a complimentary phone consultation to see if we’re the right match for your needs. If we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a full online session—usually 60 to 90 minutes—where we take a deep dive into your health. From there, we’ll determine if any follow-up visits will be helpful. Our mission is to give you a clear, complete picture of your health and walk alongside you every step of the way on your wellness journey.
